Responsibilities
Recording all incoming invoices to the company, forwarding them to managers for approval, preparing reports, and entering them into the relevant accounts in the software.
Reconciling with counterparties issuing invoices; preparing reports on marketing expenses provided prior to invoicing; identifying reasons for invoice corrections or cancellations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on outstanding debts by networks and major retailers for management.
Compiling lists of overdue invoices by networks and submitting them to responsible persons.
Preparing profit and loss reports and all related files (write-offs, campaign tracking, expired goods reports, commercial budgets); posting all corresponding entries in the software.
Calculating budgets upon receipt of goods across all food portfolios and adding them to cost prices in the software.
Conducting budget reconciliations for specific food portfolios and preparing necessary data.
Preparing payment allocations for specific networks and submitting them to the accounting department.
Collecting invoices designated for payment and transferring them to accounting.
Adjusting payment terms for stores (shortening or extending) based on management instructions.
Clearing balances of the VAT account and closing amounts through offsetting transactions in the software.
Monitoring accounts payable and adjusting balances in the software.
Calculating bank loan interest and preparing reports on allocation across portfolios.
Processing payments for employees enrolled in Paşa Həyat Insurance and performing administrative functions in general.
Coordinating with other structures related to the activity.
Ensuring archiving of accounting-related documentation.
Maintaining records of all types of strict reporting documentation.
Carrying out other assignments delegated by the head of the structural unit.
Working Conditions
Schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00 – 18:00
Location: near “Koroglu” metro station
Salary: 700 – 1000 AZN
Candidate Requirements
Higher education in economics
Age: 25 – 40 years
Work experience in finance and accounting
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages
Strong knowledge and practical application of the Civil Code, Tax Code, and Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Responsibilities
Preparing prompt sales proposals to ensure the company’s interests.
Identifying new clients through market research and establishing new business relationships.
Expanding the company’s client base and attracting new customers.
Conducting negotiations at points of sale.
Preparing presentations and commercial offers, and implementing them into the sales process.
Installing advertising equipment at sales points.
Displaying the company’s products on promotional equipment at sales locations.

Experience in sales.
